Dive into a specialized track and field clinic aimed at both coaches and athletes, focusing on sprints, hurdles, javelin, and beyond. Prepare to boost your skills with expert guidance and hands-on practice with NCAA ALL Americans, Hall of Fame Coaches and State of the Art Video Analysis with a partnership with Emsight. This robust, in-depth sessions on event-specific lectures and learn-by-doing training are for all coaches and athletes. Athletes of any age and abilities are welcomed.
Outline:
Cost: $75 per person.
Special Note: If a coach registers 10 athletes, the individual coach will have his/her fees waved.
Onsite Registration: 8:30AM - 9:00AM
Session 1 (Whole Group): 9:00AM - 9:45AM
